Tray is an occasional table defined by the balance of its elements. Its wooden top, enclosed between slope-like caps and two boards, recalls the form of a tray. This play of juxtapositions aims to highlight the way the wood is treated: the joinery, the grain direction and the warmth it expresses. A lightweight tubular metal frame completes the composition reducing the structure to its essentials, while an optional sliding tray adds function and a subtle accent of color: a personal detail, a quiet surprise.
