Shift, designed for Offecct, is a family of upholstered easy chairs characterised by a soft and comfortable pillow sitting on a metal base and surrounded by 3 different backrests and armrests in different heights. The name Shift is also defended by the possibility to completely change the atmosphere of a room or lobby by simple means. The furniture in itself expresses a character shift somewhere in the middle: The top part is soft and fluffy while the base is light and airy. The character can be changed further through a number of variations on the seams and different coloured upholstery and stands.
